TOUR INCLUSIONS

  • Shuttle service from Wanaka to Hawea, with a departure point outside the Wanaka iSite.
  • Latest-model  e-bike and helmet for a safe and comfortable ride.
  • Comprehensive trail briefing, including photo spots along a 30km Grade 1-2 trail.
  • A bike lock, an guide map, and on-call breakdown (just in case)
  • Your bike will have a bottle cage which a plastic water bottle (bottle/water not included).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours of riding.
  • Shuttle Times: Departures at 10:30 am, with 08:30 am and 12:30 pm available during peak periods.
  • Start: Te Araroa Track alongside the lake at Lake Hawea
  • Group Requirement: Minimum of 3 passengers to proceed; single bookings will be waitlisted.

What To Bring:

  • A day bag and 750ml water bottle to fit in the bike's bottle cage.
  • Suitable clothing for biking (shorts, T-shirt) and sturdy, closed-toe footwear.
  • Windbreaker, sunglasses, and camera for capturing the scenic journey.

  • 31 days or more before travel: Full refund**
  • Between 48 hours and 30 days: 25% cancellation fee**
  • Within 48 hours: No refund
