  • Please dress warmly, as the weather can be unpredictable; wind-proof jackets, gloves, and hats are strongly recommended.
  • The tour lasts approximately 120 minutes, including shuttle transport from and to the village.
  • This tour is not suitable for children under the age of 5 due to the focused and quiet nature of the experience.
  • Shuttle service departs from the bus stop next to the public toilets on Jacks Pass Road, with door-to-door pickup for Family Exclusive tours.
  • Arrival at the shuttle pickup point is advised 10 minutes before departure to ensure timely processing.
