- In compliance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations, all passengers will be weighed during check-in for our flights. The maximum weight per seat is 125 kg. To ensure proper weight and balance of the aircraft, passengers may be reassigned to different flights.
AGE INFORMATION
- Children (under 12 years): Must be accompanied by an adult. Ear protection and life jackets are provided at check-in.
- Infants (under 2 years): Travel free if seated on an adult's lap and under 18kg. Some aircraft allow only one infant per trip—contact us for details.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund**
- Between 24-48 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee**
- Within 24 hours: No refund
- Whale sightings are not guaranteed as they are wild animals. No refunds for completed flights, but we offer discounts on a second tour—ask our team!
