9,000ft Tandem Skydive
- Minimum age: 6 years.
- Minimum weight: 40 kg.
- Minimum height: 120 cm.
- All participants must fit securely into the harness and pass the operator’s assessment.
- Contact us before booking if you weigh over 95 kg.
- Passengers under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
Kawarau Bridge Bungy
- Minimum age: 10 years.
- Each jumper must weigh 35–150 kg, with a maximum of 130 kg applying in high river conditions.
- Tandem jumpers must not exceed 235 kg combined, with no more than 30 kg difference between them.
- Under-15s require adult consent at check-in.
Mt Aspiring Full Day Canyoning Adventure
- Minimum age: 12 years.
- Moderate fitness and the ability to swim without a life jacket are required.
- Participants must be able to walk, climb and scramble over uneven terrain.
- Participants must understand and follow instructions in English.
- Children aged 12–14 must be accompanied by a supervising participant aged 16 or older.
- Participants aged 16 and under require a parent or legal guardian to sign the operator’s risk acknowledgement documentation.
- Guests aged 60 and over must contact us before booking so the operator can assess their suitability.
- All participants must meet the activity’s fitness, swimming and equipment requirements.
Shotover River Rafting
- Minimum age: 13 years.
- Weight range: 40–120 kg.
- Moderate fitness is required.
- Participants must be confident in moving water and able to swim 25 metres unaided.
The complete advertised itinerary suits eligible travellers aged 13 years and over. Alternative activities can be arranged for younger travellers or those with different requirements.

Bella Vista Motel Queenstown offers a quiet location on Robins Road, within walking distance of central Queenstown. The lakefront and Skyline Gondola are approximately 10 minutes away on foot, making it easy to explore between your included activities. Complimentary WiFi, guest laundry facilities and onsite parking add convenience to your stay.
Queen Studio
Queen Studios provide approximately 20 m² of space for two guests, with a queen bed, television and private ensuite bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle for preparing breakfasts and snacks. These studios do not have an oven or hob.
Larger accommodation can be requested, including a Two Bedroom Interconnecting Family Unit for up to five guests, with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Upgrades are subject to availability and a revised quote.
Heartland Hotel Queenstown combines Swiss-style architecture with a convenient hillside location above central Queenstown. Walk to restaurants, shops and activity meeting points, then return to a comfortable base between adventures. Allow for an uphill walk back from the lakefront.
Superior Studio Room
Refurbished Superior Studio Rooms offer a super king bed that can be split into twins on request, or selected configurations with a queen bed and two single beds. Facilities include heating and cooling, complimentary WiFi, a television with streaming capabilities, a mini-fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. An ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony or seating area complete the room.
Heartland shares reception and several facilities with neighbouring Scenic Suites, including the lobby bar and Peaks Restaurant & Bar. Family rooms and view upgrades are available on request. Hotel meals are additional unless specified in your quote.
Set on Fernhill Road above Lake Whakatipu, Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown offers an alpine base for your five-night stay. After a day of adventure, enjoy the heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym, or settle in for a meal at Mackenzies Restaurant.
Deluxe Room
Deluxe Rooms offer approximately 28 m² of space for two guests, with king or twin bedding subject to confirmation. Air conditioning and complimentary WiFi provide everyday comfort between your Queenstown experiences.
The hotel is outside the immediate town centre, so allow time to reach activity meeting points. Meals and transport beyond the package’s stated inclusions are additional unless confirmed in your quote.
Scenic Suites Queenstown offers a comfortable hillside base within walking distance of central Queenstown’s restaurants, shops and activity meeting points. Settle into your accommodation for five nights, with the lakefront and town centre close enough to explore between adventures. The return walk involves an uphill climb.
Superior Studio Room
Refurbished Superior Studio Rooms feature a super king bed or two double beds, with bedding confirmed when booking. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, individually controlled heating and cooling, a television, mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a private outdoor area. The ensuite bathroom includes a separate bath and shower.
Lake or mountain view room categories and larger one- and two-bedroom suites can be requested, subject to availability and any price adjustment.
Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of NZ$150 per person is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before travel.
Cancellation Charges
The following minimum cancellation charges apply, together with any additional charges imposed by individual suppliers:
- 45 days or more before travel: Full loss of deposit.
- 8–44 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.
- 0–7 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee.
No refund is available once travel has commenced. Individual suppliers cannot authorise refunds on behalf of Go New Zealand. Any refund is at Go New Zealand’s discretion.
Any additional refund approved under our terms and conditions is subject to a 5% administration and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For further information on refunds and cancellations, please see Go New Zealand’s terms and conditions.
