Two Bedroom Interconnecting Family Unit
This approximately 50 m² option connects a Full-Kitchen Studio with a King Studio and accommodates up to five guests. Bedding comprises two king beds and one single bed; one king can be split into twin beds when requested in advance.
Enjoy two bathrooms, two televisions, a full kitchen and an additional kitchenette. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Ask about the available cooking equipment and preferred bedding when booking.

Family Chalet
Family Chalets offer approximately 50 m² of space, with a separate bedroom and accommodation for up to four or five guests, depending on the configuration. A kitchenette with a microwave, hot plate and mini fridge makes breakfasts and simple meals convenient.
Facilities include complimentary WiFi, individually controlled heating and cooling, a television with streaming capabilities, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a balcony or patio.
Some layouts include internal stairs and a mezzanine-style bed. Your quote will confirm the chalet configuration, bedding, access and any lake or mountain views.
Set on Fernhill Road above Lake Whakatipu, Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown provides an alpine base for your family escape. Between adventures, enjoy the heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym. Mackenzies Restaurant offers onsite dining, with meals additional unless included in your quote.
Deluxe Family Room
Deluxe Family Rooms offer approximately 33 m² of space for up to four guests, with air conditioning and complimentary WiFi. Your quote will confirm the bedding arrangement for your family.
Interconnecting 2 Bedroom Studio Apartment
Choose the Interconnecting 2 Bedroom Studio Apartment for more space and separate sleeping areas, giving your family room to relax while staying connected. Your quote will confirm the bedding configuration, room layout and facilities.

Two Bedroom Suite
Approximately 100 m² of space gives your family separate bedrooms, a lounge and dining area, and two ensuite bathrooms. A full kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, while an in-room European-style laundry makes it easier to refresh clothes between adventures.
Facilities include complimentary WiFi, heating and cooling, televisions and a private balcony or terrace. Bedding configurations and lake or mountain view options are confirmed when booking.
Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of NZ$150 per person is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before travel.
Cancellation Charges
The following minimum cancellation charges apply, together with any additional charges imposed by individual suppliers:
- 45 days or more before travel: Full loss of deposit.
- 8–44 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.
- 0–7 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee.
No refund is available once travel has commenced. Individual suppliers cannot authorise refunds on behalf of Go New Zealand. Any refund is at Go New Zealand’s discretion.
Any additional refund approved under our terms and conditions is subject to a 5% administration and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For further information on refunds and cancellations, please see Go New Zealand’s terms and conditions.
