What to Expect on Your Snorkelling Trip

Lunch is a highlight, with the option to bring your own or enjoy a freshly prepared packed meal. After eating, the adventure continues with another reef site where snorkellers can discover even more of the Bay’s underwater beauty. Every location offers a new perspective of this diverse marine environment.

Once the activities wrap up, the return trip through the islands offers a chance to relax and reflect on the day. The boat usually docks back in Paihia around 3:30 pm, though times can vary depending on schedules. With warm gear, sunscreen, and a camera at the ready, you’ll finish the trip with unforgettable memories of the Bay of Islands.

• Adult: 15 years +
• Children: 5-14 years
• Infant: 0-4 years

CANCELLATION & REFUND

Single bookings (1-3 people):

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before travel: Full Refund**
• Between 25 and 48 hours: Refund less NZ$100 per person**
• Within 48 hours: No refund.

Group bookings (4+ people) or charters:

• Cancellations more than 72 hours before travel: Full Refund**
• Between 37 and 72 hours: 50% Refund**
• Within 36 hours: No refund.*
