- Pick-Up and Drop-Off Location: Conveniently located directly outside the cruise ship passenger exit on Salisbury Avenue, The Mall, Mount Maunganui. Vehicles can be found to the right of the exit.
- Flexible Schedule: Departures are every 30 minutes, ensuring alignment with cruise ship arrival and departure times.
- Family-Friendly: Booster seats are available (for a fee) upon request for children aged 2–7 years.

- Cancellations made within 7 days: No refund.
- If your cruise ship is cancelled or unable to dock at the port for any reason, we will issue a full refund**
