To get the best experience, it’s a great idea to pre-book tastings and lunch at your favourite stops. Allow around two stops per tasting and three for lunch so you can fully appreciate the flavours and atmosphere of each venue. This way, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and discovery throughout your day.

- Group Travel: Groups of 8 or more must notify us in advance. Please advise if your group exceeds this number.
- Pre-Booking Recommended: Lunches and wine tastings should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, especially on weekends or in larger groups. (No bookings needed for breweries, pubs, taverns, or Vines Village.)
- Special Events & Large Numbers: Contact us for assistance with special occasions or larger groups.
- Behaviour Policy: We follow strict duty-of-care protocols. Passengers showing signs of intoxication or disrespectful behaviour may be removed from the tour without refund.
- No Alcohol Onboard: Drinking alcohol is not permitted on the bus.
- Cleaning Fee: A $250 fee will apply if a passenger soils the bus. This is non-negotiable.
- Pack Essentials: Be sure to bring food and water as needed throughout the day.
- Be On Time: Please arrive at your stop at least 5 minutes before departure.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or late arrivals.
- Winery Drop-Offs: To maintain a smooth flow, we recommend no more than 3–4 couples disembark at a winery at a time. You're welcome to stay on and get off at the next stop.
- Tasting Fees: Some wineries may charge a tasting fee, which is often waived with a purchase.
- Bookings: All bookings should be made in advance to secure your spot, especially on busy days.
- Adults: 14 years +
- Drinking age: 18 years + (Drink only if you're of legal age. Bring ID to prove it if asked)
- Children: 0-13 years
- More than 14 days before departure: Full refund**.
- Within 14 days: No refund
