The tour runs for approximately 6 hours, usually from 9am to 3pm. The walking section is around 3.5 to 4 hours, with breaks and scenic stops included.

This is a moderate walk covering around 9 km with approximately 350 metres of elevation gain. A reasonable level of fitness and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
