- Start Time: Begin the ride anytime between 10 am and 12 pm for a 2 pm or 2:15 pm shuttle pickup.
- Trail Highlights: Features a gradual incline through native bush, historic tunnels and bridges, and a summit plateau for resting or picnicking.
- Duration & Location: Approximately 5 hours; the starting point is Kaitoke car park, a 45-minute drive from Wellington.
- Preparation: Dress for variable weather and bring essentials like water, snacks, and layered clothing.
- Cancel 24 hours or more before travel: Full refund**
- Cancel within 24 hours: No refund.
