- Fitness Requirement: This trip is physically demanding and requires an excellent level of fitness.
- Terrain: The trip involves walking on uneven and slippery surfaces.
- Water Submersion: Full submersion in water is involved.
- Height Exposure: Clients will be exposed to heights of up to 30 metres.
- Optional Jumps and Slides: Participation in jumps and slides is optional.
- Equipment: All clients must fit into our wetsuits and safety equipment to participate.
