Your adventure begins with a spectacular helicopter flight from Te Anau, soaring over hidden alpine lakes to land beside Luxmore Hut on the Kepler Track. From here, your private guided walk begins in the stunning alpine zone before descending into lush red beech forest.

As you hike, you’ll notice the dramatic changes in plant life as altitude and weather patterns shift – a true showcase of Fiordland’s ecological richness. The track winds gently down through fern-covered forest, finishing at the peaceful shoreline of Brod Bay, where a water taxi will return you to Te Anau.

Today, enjoy a guided half-day walk along the world-renowned Milford Track to Giant Gate Waterfall. After a short boat ride from Milford Sound to Sandfly Point, follow the beautiful Arthur River through ancient rainforest. Along the way, marvel at towering trees, lush mosses, vibrant ferns, and a chorus of native birds. A swing bridge near the waterfall offers a brilliant photo stop in this magical setting.

Following your walk, you’ll join a scheduled scenic cruise on Milford Sound (non-private) to complete the experience. With large viewing decks and cosy lounges, you'll enjoy close-up views of plunging waterfalls, glacial valleys, sheer granite cliffs and possibly even some local wildlife.

On your final day, journey into the heart of Fiordland National Park for a private guided hike to Key Summit on the celebrated Routeburn Track. The trail climbs steadily through lush temperate rainforest before emerging into a unique alpine herb field, opening up to breathtaking panoramic views of the Hollyford Valley, alpine tarns, and the surrounding mountains. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating insights into the native flora, geology, and birdlife that thrive in this remote and stunning landscape.
