  • Directions: Follow clear signage directing you to the location.
• Parking:
  • Ample Parking: Plenty of parking available for cars, campervans, and coaches, ensuring convenient access to our site.
  • Free Parking: No charges for parking on-site.
• Complimentary Transport:
  • Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off from most Hanmer Springs accommodation providers available on request.
• Arrival Time:
  • Customers must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time to allow for check-in and the safety briefing.
  • Late arrivals may not be able to join the activity and could forfeit their booking.

• Minimum Age: 10 years and  must fit safety equipment.
• Minimum Weight: 35 kg
