A Dry Descent Through Marble Beauty
Inside the canyon, you'll be surrounded by towering cliffs and silence, broken only by the sound of your descent. The narrow passages and lack of light create a surreal, otherworldly feel—like you’ve been swallowed by the land itself. It’s a peaceful yet exciting journey, ideal for photographers and nature lovers alike.
After around four hours in the canyon, the adventure concludes at the Blue Creek Resurgence, where a crystal-clear river emerges from the earth. From there, it’s a gentle stroll along the river back to Courthouse Flat. Whether you're new to abseiling or looking to refine your technique, this trip leaves you feeling confident and inspired.

- Location: Kahurangi National Park
- Departure: 7 am from Motueka
- Return: About 4:30 pm in Motueka
- Free Pick Up: Motueka, Tapawera
- Nelson Transport: can be included at extra cost
