Our Queenstown to Invercargill Transfer is designed to make travel easy and enjoyable. With door-to-door service, you can choose your pick-up and drop-off points for maximum convenience. Whether you’re travelling for leisure, business, or to visit friends and family, this service provides a comfortable and reliable option.

Once on board, simply relax and enjoy the journey south through stunning Southland landscapes. Invercargill is known for its fresh seafood, local flavours, and unique transport heritage, making the trip both scenic and rewarding. With hassle-free travel and flexibility built in, this transfer ensures you arrive refreshed and ready to explore.

Important Note: For all Queenstown CBD pickups, enter Athol Street Bus Stop as your pick-up location. This is our only safe and legal bus stop unless your address has its own concierge area.  There are no pick ups in Arrowtown or Arthurs Point.

Duration

  • Pick up Queenstown starts: 1:00pm
  • Drop off Invercargill: About 3:30pm - 4:00pm

Luggage Allowance:

To ensure a comfortable and efficient journey for all passengers, our shuttle service allows each passenger to bring:

  • 1 large bag (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
  • 1 carry-on sized bag (up to 7 kg / 15 lbs)

Please Note:

  • Please bring - yourself, your suitcase and your smile.
  • No food or drinks onboard
  • We stop for a bathroom/food break mid-journey

Waiver

While our times are planned to connect with our Invercargill to Bluff service, we do not guarantee connections with ferries, flights, buses, or appointments, though we do our best to make these happen. We are not liable for missed connections due to the door-to-door nature of our service. When booking, please notify us of any connections in the "Comments" section.

If you are travelling to Bluff, we strongly recommend booking our Invercargill to Bluff service as well, in case of delays along the way.

Cancellation & Refund 

  • Outside 48 hours before travel: Full refund less NZ$10 admin fee per person**
  • Within 48 hours before travel: No refund
