Highlights of the Kepler, Milford, and Routeburn Tracks
On the Kepler Track, you’ll soar by helicopter to a remote alpine section, stepping straight into spectacular mountain scenery. This unique start offers views across Fiordland’s lakes and forests, setting the tone for the rest of the journey. The walk combines adventure with serenity, giving you time to savour every moment.
The Milford and Routeburn tracks bring contrasting yet equally stunning experiences. Walk past towering cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and lush valleys alive with birdlife. By the time you reach Key Summit, the panoramic views across Fiordland will leave you with a deep sense of wonder and connection to nature.
- Day 1: Fully guided Kepler Track day walk from Te Anau, helicopter, water taxi, accommodation pick up and drop off, lunch
- Day 2: Fully guided ½ day Milford Track walk, return water taxi Milford Deep Water basin to Sandfly Point. Afternoon Scenic Boat Cruise, lunch. Plus return transport from Te Anau
- Day 3: Fully guided Routeburn Track day walk from Te Anau, lunch.
- Safety equipment and pre-departure briefing.
- Suitable for ages 8+ with the ability to walk 3-6 hours on varied terrain.
- Recommended for those with a good level of fitness, capable of 4 hours of walking including hills.
- Not recommended for individuals with recent surgery, severe joint issues, or heart conditions.
- Departure point is Te Anau. Transport options available from Queenstown.
- Accommodation and meal packages available.
- Fiordland can present unpredictable weather conditions; be prepared for changes.
- Safety is paramount; guests must follow guide instructions at all times.
