What to Bring
- Clothing: Warm top, waterproof jacket, hat, gloves, and sturdy walking shoes (no jeans).

- Time & Distance: 3.5 hours hiking (11 km return, 50m vertical gain).
- Departure: 8:30 AM at the Mitre Peak Cruise counter (Main Visitors Terminal, Fresh Water Basin, Milford Sound).
- Fitness & Age: Good fitness required; minimum age is 8 years. Meet at the Mitre Peak Cruise counter in the Main Visitors Terminal at Fresh Water Basin, Milford Sound, at 8.30 am.
