- More than 24 hours before the session time: Full refund*
- Within 24 hours and no shows: No refund
- Tour changes without notice due to to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns: No charges.*

- Our reef tours are open to all ages but may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or anyone unable to stand for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Children under a certain height or aged 4 and under will ride on the Banana Boat, specially designed for little ones who cannot walk across the reef.
- Parents or caregivers must assist in pulling the Banana Boat and remain with their child throughout the tour.
- Life jackets are not provided for children, so please bring your own if required. Babies can be carried in front or back packs.
- Waders are supplied by Dive Tatapouri but are available only up to US shoe size 13 and waist size 18. Bring socks to wear inside them.
- The Reef Ecology Tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours, including check-in, which begins 20 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
- We can accommodate large groups with prior arrangements.

This adventure activity run by Ocean 1 Expeditions NZ Limited T/A Dive Tatapouri inherently involves risks and hazards that could potentially result in harm or injury. The risks and hazards include but are not limited to Wild Animals (wild stingrays, Fish and other sea life) bites and stings, uneven terrain, water, tripping, banana boat, sun and wind exposure, heavy rain, cold exposure and Earthquake and Tsunami.
