  • Bike and Gear: Full-day City Bike hire (non-electric), with a choice of standard road bike or step-thru cruiser frame, and included helmet, bike lock, and cycle map of Wellington.
  • Guidance and Preparation: Riding instructions, a full briefing, and a large car-free space for a practice ride before starting.
  • Route Recommendations: Suggested routes with scenic highlights, including Miramar Peninsula, Scorching Bay, Seatoun, and Island Bay, as well as café stop suggestions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Tour Duration and Location: The tour lasts approximately 9 hours, starting from a central location near Wellington iSite and Te Papa Museum.
  • Attractions to Visit: Explore popular Wellington landmarks such as Weta Workshop, Te Papa Museum, The Cable Car, Cuba Street, and Zealandia.
  • Optional Extras: Kids trailers, gel saddle covers, and phone holders are available for an additional fee. Helmets for children are provided, but bringing your own is recommended.
  • Practice and Safety: A full briefing and practice session ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Guests are responsible for any damages to optional extras like phone holders.

  • If you alter your travel plans and inform us up to 24 hours before the tour, you'll receive a full refund.**
  • Full refund if the weather is bad on your booked day and you contact us prior to departure time.**
  • If your ship, plane, or bus is delayed and you notify us before departure, you'll be refunded in full.**

Please note: Our bike rentals and tours typically carry on even in the rain, but you don't have to ride if you contact us before your departure time. If we think the wind is too strong for safe riding, we might change the route to make it more enjoyable.
