  • Duration and Timing: The tour lasts 3-4 hours, starting at 10:00 AM from Wellington Waterfront, near Te Papa Museum. Afternoon departures are available upon request.
  • Group Size: A minimum of two participants is necessary for the tour to proceed.
  • Route Conditions: The ride involves mixed-use paths, on-road cycleways, and regular roads, with electric bike assistance making hills and wind manageable.
  • Cruise Ship Accessibility: Convenient access from the port via a free shuttle bus and a short walk to the store. Take the free Cruise Ship Shuttle to the North Lambton Quay Stop, then walk 10 minutes to our store. Follow Whitmore Street to the waterfront, turn right, and walk along the path for 5 minutes. Look for our sign near the water's edge.
  • Booking and Reservations: Advance booking is recommended to secure a spot. Afternoon departures may be arranged upon request.

  • Full refund if the weather is bad on your booked day and you contact us prior to departure time.**
  • If your ship, plane, or bus is delayed and you notify us before departure, you'll be refunded in full.**

Please note: Our bike rentals and tours typically carry on even in the rain, but you don't have to ride if you contact us before your departure time. If we think the wind is too strong for safe riding, we might change the route to make it more enjoyable.
