IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Location: The store is a 5-minute walk from the Wellington iSite (visitor information centre) and Te Papa Museum.
  • Hours: Open Monday–Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Requirements: Suitable for riders 145 cm (4’8”) tall and above.
  • Preparation: A full briefing and riding instructions are provided before your ride.
  • Additional Options: Gel saddle cover, kids’ trailer, baby seat, and phone holder are available for hire.
  • Arriving from a Cruise Ship? Take the free Cruise Ship Shuttle to the North Lambton Quay Stop. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk down Whitmore Street to the Waterfront, followed by a short 5-minute stroll along the water’s edge to the store.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • If you alter your travel plans and inform us up to 24 hours before the tour, you'll receive a full refund.**
  • Full refund if the weather is bad on your booked day and you contact us prior to departure time.**
  • If your ship, plane, or bus is delayed and you notify us before departure, you'll be refunded in full.**

Please note: Our bike rentals and tours typically carry on even in the rain, but you don't have to ride if you contact us before your departure time. If we think the wind is too strong for safe riding, we might change the route to make it more enjoyable.
