• Tour Schedule: Pick up your bike from 9:00 AM and return it by 5:30 PM.
• Convenient Starting Point: Located on the Wellington Waterfront, a short walk from Te Papa Museum and Wellington iSite. Cruise ship guests can access the shop via a free shuttle and a scenic 25-minute walk.
• Route Details: Includes quiet streets, shared pathways, and some on-road cycling. Optional ferry rides for routes like Days Bay and Pencarrow Lighthouse are available.
• Weather Preparation: Bring sunscreen, a water bottle, and an extra layer for Wellington’s changing conditions.

• If you alter your travel plans and inform us up to 24 hours (NZ time) before the tour, you'll receive a full refund.*
• If the weather isn't suitable for riding, you'll get a complete refund.
• If your ship, plane, or bus is delayed and you notify us before departure, you'll be refunded in full.

Please note: Our bike rentals and tours typically carry on even in the rain, but you don't have to ride if you contact us before your departure time. If we think the wind is too strong for safe riding, we might change the route to make it more enjoyable.
