It suits travellers who want a social night out but prefer the convenience of organised transport between venues.

You do not have to drink beer. Several stops also serve wine, food and non-beer options, so mixed-interest groups can still enjoy the evening together.

Frequently asked questions

Most guests should plan on 2–4 venues, depending on how long they stay for drinks, dinner or tastings. Trying to fit in too many stops can make the evening feel rushed, especially if you have booked a meal.

Yes. Several venues serve wine, cider, cocktails, soft drinks or food, so the experience can still work well for mixed-interest groups even if not everyone drinks beer.

That depends on the individual venue and its licence conditions. Any takeaway purchases need to remain unopened while you are on the bus, because alcohol cannot be consumed onboard.

Yes. That is one of the advantages of the hop on hop off format. You can skip the next bus and stay longer, then continue on a later service, provided you keep an eye on the final return times.
