Bay of Islands Dive Day (HMNZS Canterbury)

As we make our way from Paihia to the dive site on our Bay of Islands Dive Day to HMNZS Canterbury, we cruise past islands and often encounter penguins, dolphins, seals and varied marine birds. We get to Deep Water Cove in about 30 minutes aboard the Sentinel, organizing gear and giving you orientation for the wreck dive on the way out. The Wreck Dive is often the first on the agenda, after which we cruise to a reef area to enjoy some lunch and to go snorkelling, and to allow any refreshers, reef divers or Discover Scuba Divers joining this trip to do their first dive in New Zealand.
