Private Taste Buds for Foodies Full Day Tour

We collect you at 9.30AM for your Private Taste Buds for Foodies Full Day Tour and set out for Petone, a historic New Zealand township situated at the northern end of Wellington harbour. On reaching the Petone foreshore, we make our first stop at a special coffee roastery to know more about its remarkable history and coffee’s journey from shrub to cup. Join the coffee roast and the tasting session to sample the finished product.

Afterwards we drive on to Zany Zeus dairy and cheese factory where you can try a selection of cheeses, organic ice creams and yogurts. This is followed by a chocolate-making lesson and tasting at the resident chocolatier.

Our stop for lunch is at La Bella Italia, Petone’s version of Parma. Take a bite out of its assortment of cured meats served with a glass of wine and pizza bread. Baylands Brewery comes next, and here you’ll get to sample their entire selection of locally produced craft beers.

There is still time to drop by in either another craft beer brewery or enjoy more gourmet food in Wellington’s Eva Street where a chocolate and a peanut butter factory are located. We then drop you off at 4.30PM in your Wellington location of choice.
