The Secret Spot Hot Tub Experience in Rotorua is 45 minutes long. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking so you have time to check in, order drinks and get changed.

Secret Spot Hot Tubs Rotorua is open daily from 9am to 10pm. The last hot tub booking is at 9pm.

Children aged 5 and over are welcome in the hot tubs when supervised by an adult. Children under 5 are not permitted in the hot tubs for health and safety reasons.

Secret Spot does not recommend hot tubs or saunas for pregnant guests, as the heat may be too much. Pregnant guests should seek medical advice before booking.

Yes, drinks can be ordered and delivered directly to your hot tub at the push of a button. Food is available from the café and bar, but cannot be eaten in the hot tubs.

You book your own cedar hot tub to share with your group. The tubs are spaced among native ferns and trees, creating a peaceful and secluded forest setting.

The Secret Spot Sauna Experience in Rotorua is 40 minutes long, with an additional 10 minutes allowed for changing. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking to check in.

Each private sauna can fit up to four people from your group. For larger groups requiring multiple saunas, please contact us.

Children under 5 years old are not permitted in the sauna. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

The sauna is not recommended for pregnant guests or anyone with conditions affected by heat. Pregnant guests should seek medical advice before booking.
