While sightings of great white sharks are frequent, they are wild animals in their natural environment, so sightings cannot be 100% guaranteed. However, Shark Experience has a strong record of successful encounters during the season.

Absolutely. Safety is the top priority. The cage is purpose-built for observing great white sharks and meets strict safety standards. Full instructions and gear are provided by qualified guides.

Yes! Shark viewing from the deck is an incredible experience in itself, and many guests choose to observe from above without entering the cage.

No dive certification is required. The cage dive uses a surface air supply, and the experience is suitable for confident swimmers aged 12 and over.

The custom-built shark cage accommodates up to five divers at a time. Each person is guaranteed a minimum 20-minute cage dive on the first rotation, with further opportunities to re-enter the cage throughout the trip.
